Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, as transit times may change due to unexpected carrier delays. We ship Monday through Friday, and do not ship on weekends. Orders placed before the daily 10am cut-off will typically ship the same day if carrier volumes allow. For questions or special shipping requests, please contact us.
Pickup Order Information:
Please allow 5-7 business days when selecting to pick up your wine at the winery. Once your order is ready to pick up, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, reservations are required.

Shipments may take longer than usual to arrive due to the activation of temperature-controlled shipping for certain states.
During the warmer months, packages to the Midwest and East Coast locations are shipped on a temperature-controlled truck on a Thursday to protect the integrity of your wine during its longer journey. Your tracking information will update once this truck hands your wine off to the carrier.
Orders placed before 4pm on a Tuesday will be shipped on the Thursday temperature-controlled truck that week. Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following week.
During the warmer months, ice packs are available to add for an additional charge. Please note, ice packs cannot be added to any bundles that have a gift box.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
An adult 21+ signature is required for delivery of alcohol shipments. To enhance your shipping experience, a business address is recommended. Please note, a $40 fee will be imposed for reroute or intercept changes requested after the package has shipped. The carrier will attempt a total of 3 delivery attempts. If your package is returned to us, there is an automatic reshipment charge.
