Nicole
A Costa Mesa native with a passion for big bold reds (Cabernet Sauvignon and cool-climate Syrah) Nicole brings that same exacting taste to every client relationship. She works with collectors and connoisseurs who expect more than a wine list: serious cellar builds, futures, and access that simply isn't available anywhere else. When she's not at the Estate, you'll find her behind a camera or at a classic car show with Felix, her Australian Cattle Dog and yes, the 1966 Ford Mustang is still hers.

A San Clemente native, self-described foodie, and devoted fan of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, Brett brings genuine enthusiasm to every pairing. He specializes in corporate relationships: gifting programs, executive dinners, and events where the wine needs to do the talking. He loves to travel, cook, and dreams about Italy.

Elika
With long-time roots in Paso Robles, Elika knows this wine country like few others. He grew up on a family farm (too many animals to count) and still helps out when he's not at the Estate. His go-to is something light and crisp: Sauvignon Blanc or Albariño. Not sure where to start with private client access?
