These conditions compel the Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes to 'work harder,' resulting in more concentrated flavors, sought-after aromas, and robust textures. Consequently, exceptional phenolic development occurs, providing the wines with renowned color, depth, and structure.
